I certainly think that Stargazer was one
of the most exciting and overwhelming
graphics of the entire SEED series.
I think it needs to be praised more
because it really kicked me in the eyes.
I was staring straight through the
3 episodes with the word wow written
all over me.
well, no need to get over dramatic,
Anyways, they looked/moved more realistic
and started taking on the look of Heroic Age.
(another anime from the creators of SEED)
So, I was just wondering if anyone saw and felt the same as I did. _________________ Major Fan of Gundam Seed, Destiny, and Stargazer! |

To answer the topic no. Stargazer is a good series because early on there is some very solid writing, there is still some ridiculousness but not close to the point of Pop Singer overthrows the world etc.
Stargazer also gets much more darker and involved with the gritty nature of war, where as the racism seen in the main series is almost completely passive, and the downside of war is painted only as the death of children we actually get to see the true dark side of the CE universe, child soldiers, brainwashing facilities, inhumane experiments done to enhance human combat performence. It's everything they hint at in the main story that the writing glosses over. Those are the reason's why Stargazer is good, the visual's have nothing to do with it. _________________

Yes, that is definately true. I agree with you that they show the dark side of war and fill in most unanswered questions of that era. I just thought the graphics made it even better for this series' setting of war. The story/writing makes it very good as well. Just thinking about it, it's kind of sad that they use and test children like that for war. though it does exist right now. : ( _________________ Major Fan of Gundam Seed, Destiny, and Stargazer! |

Question: Is Stargazer the best of the series due to the graphics?
Answer: In my opinion, yes it was (other than gundam 00 of course). _________________ Gundam is my witness!!!! |

Stargazer was a success to me due to the huge character development with Sven.
He received more character development in a 45 minute OVA than half the characters in a 50 episode GSD. |

Well, it is not just in the visuals, it is in the magnificent plot, storyline, character development, and most of all, the singular theme song that adapts beautifully to all moods of the story: the war, sadness, happyness, exploration, regret.
Just thinking of the song makes me want to cry. WITH TEARS! |

Yes,in term of graphic it is.Overall,it is way more better than GSD.It is a shame it just a 3 ep OVA.If it is a series,it would be popular outside Japan.
I loved it,especially the coolness of Stargazer gundam. When it unleash
those beam ring of death,I just when.... Too bad the Verde Buster got whack by a group weak Astray. _________________ I'm not a Trolls,I'm a Ork....with bigga sword & boots.Waarrrghh.... |

dual pistols on a gundam = win
that's it. that's all there is to stargazer
twin rifles on zero looked kind of redundant and funny, but dual pistols reminds me too much of counter strike and it's awesomeness |
